We know cakes, and we know rum; so we combined the two by creating the most sensuous rum cakes and liqueur cakes imaginable that can be shipped right to your doorstep. We are Edible Spirits, and we are ready to continue creating new flavor combinations that will keep you, and your guests, wanting more.

What started off as an inherited dream has quickly turned into an international success. We bake local, we sell local, and we plan to stay local, but we offer worldwide shipping to please all of our customers (just like you). Our deserts are currently featured in some of the finest restaurants in South Florida, as well as in 45 states on a nationally syndicated morning show, though we are happy to continue delivering our superior products to those who got us started in the first place: YOU!

We use an exotic blend of Caribbean tastes along with secret family recipes in all of our rum cakes. Our Orange Liqueur Cakes are always baked using 100% Florida Orange Juice, and we soak our Amaretto Almond Cakes with our own special homemade almondy-amaretto glaze. We create each new flavor with familiar tastes from our childhood in mind. Our Chocolate Cherry Brandy Cake is sure to tame the most intense chocolate cravings, and our Key Lime Rum Cake blends the savory flavors of a traditional key lime pie with rum, while producing one amazing cake that’s sure to tantalize your taste buds each and every time! Our cakes are so delicious, you’ll tell your guests that you made them yourself (and that’s fine with us)!
